Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By booking with Turbo Detailing you agree to the terms set out below.

Working location and access

For all bookings we require a safe working location and access to a plug for power. Please note that we will not work on any vehicle that is situated on a busy road or in a car park.

Payment

We accept both cash and card.

Deposits and cancellations

A 50 percent deposit will be taken for all bookings and the balance must be paid on the day the service is performed. Deposits will not be refundable by Turbo Detailing to the customer if the cancellation is within 24 hours of the day of work.

Pricing

Prices stated on the website will not always be a fixed price. All prices will be confirmed through communication with the customer prior to the appointment.

Vehicle condition

If your vehicle interior is severely dirty with pet hair, mould, rubbish, mud, vomit or blood, additional charges will be applied. We will insist on photos of the vehicle so that we can provide a rough price when booking the service. If photos are not obtained, the price will be negotiated on the day of service.

Agreement

Please be informed that if you agree to book with Turbo Detailing, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above. If you fail to pay then legal action will be taken.
